City of Faith Privacy Policy
Cityoffaith.online (“Site”) and the City of Faith application (“App”) are Services of City of Faith Corporation (“COF”), a Christian, non-profit organization located in Texas. COF respects your (“you” or “your”) privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This City of Faith Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes who COF is, what information COF collects from you, how COF processes your information, and who COF shares your information with (if applicable). This Privacy Policy is governed by the City of Faith Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Services. This Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into and made a part of the Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as in the Terms.
1. City of Faith Services. The Services are a search engine or member directory type of Service that is intended to provide you with information on companies that are owned and/or operated by individuals who hold Christian beliefs and who operate their businesses in a manner consistent with those Christian beliefs. The Services contains hyperlinks to third-party websites which are not affiliated with or related to COF. Hyperlinks to third-party sites are provided as a service to you and are provided as-is, and COF is not responsible for any content on any such third-party website. Clicking on a third-party website hyperlink or visiting a third-party website will direct you away from the applicable COF Service and onto that third-party’s website. You are responsible for understanding that third-party website’s terms of service and privacy practices. Information collected by third-parties is governed by their privacy practices.
2. Collection of Your Information. The information COF may collect on or related to the Services includes:

Further, COF does not knowingly collect any children’s personal data. The minimum age to use the Services is 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if older (the “Minimum Age”). By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the Minimum Age. You may not use the Services if you are under the Minimum Age.
